The Archon Type B Gen 2 from PTR is a semiautomatic pistol with a steel monocoque frame and 4.3″ barrel chambered in 9mm Luger. The optic-ready steel slide is fitted with a fiber optic front sight and serrated fixed rear sight. The sights utilize the standard Glock dovetail. The frame features a Picatinny accessory rail, oversize trigger guard, beavertail and interchangeable grip. The grip’s unique modular design allows the pistol to be customized not only to fit individual shooter grips but also allows for easy modification of the pistol between full size, compact and sub-compact configurations. The AF-Speedlock technology reduces muzzle rise, minimizes recoil and permits rapid target re-acquisition. The all-black Type B Gen 2 comes with two 15-round magazines, three backstraps and two grip extenders.
