The Petzl Oscillante Pulley is an emergency pulley for rescue systems and improvised haul systems. Designed to be light and compact, the sheave is nylon while the side plates are aluminum. Featuring swinging side plates, it can be installed quickly, an advantage when in the midst of a crevasse rescue.
