The PVS7-WPT Night Vision Goggles from ATN can be used as handheld or hands-free goggles. The goggles can also be used with an optional long-range Mil-Spec afocal lens or compatible objective lenses that allow converting the PVS7 goggles into a powerful NV viewer with 3x or 5x magnification, depending on the lens the device is paired with. Top quality military grade materials ensure they are waterproof, rugged and reliable. The are designed to provide outstanding night vision at any time, in pitch black wet or dirty conditions. The built-in infrared illuminator creates “invisible” light, allowing the goggles to see in completely lightless situations. An Automatic Brightness Control adjusts image brightness in changing light conditions to maintain image definition and clarity, while a bright light cut-off feature protects the image tube from sources of intense light. Two AA batteries provide up to 50 hours of use. Other features include a flip-up shut-off feature that can be used with the optional helmet mount system, IR “ON” indicator and low battery indicator. Included with the PVS7-WPT goggles are an Instruction Manual, lens tissue, soft carrying case, head mount assembly, demist shield, neck cord, sacrificial filter and two AA batteries.
